We believe every person, regardless of their situation, should have the same opportunity of gainful, competitive employment, and if possible, in the field of their choice.  Our goal is to assist agency referred customers with their job placement, job coaching, and job retention needs.  We do this by offering:

• One on one consultation with case managers and customers, utilizing "Person Centered Planning" to achieve employment goals.
• Experienced and certified Job Developers.
• A pool of Job Coaches.
• Resume writing and employability skills training.
• Good job matches to maximize job retention.
• To act as mediator between employer and employee, school and student/customer.
• 24 Hour accessibility to employer and customer.
• To provide transportation for customer during job development.
• To establish and maintain rapport, trust, and confidentiality with the client.

Our three Certified Employment and Training Specialists have over 10 years of experience in placing people with disabilities, and enjoy a 90% retention rate.  They have a background in business, with fifteen years in the field of purchasing and management, experience with vocational evaluations, job placements,  job coaching, and follow up support.  Additionally we draw from a pool of coaches.
