| The Process..........
Interview:
Customers are interviewed and tested to assess their interests and
skills, before the Job Development Process begins. Every effort is made
to honor the customers wishes as this will increase the odds for
successful job retention.
Job Development:
The customer and potential employer are introduced and an application
for employment is made, the employee is hired.
Job Coaching:
The Job Coach stays with the employee on the job, until the employee is
comfortable and the employer is satisfied with the progress, with no
cost to employer or customer.
Transition School to Work:
In conjunction with: teachers, counselors, parents, ETS and employers,
students are introduced to the work place with our
V.A.S.E.
job shadowing program, and ultimately achieve competitive employment.
